Youth Race training

Youth Race Coaching - For age 10 – 17 – Half day sessions - £5 Once a young Sailor can sail a boat reasonably competently and make their way (even if slowly) to windward often the best and most enjoyable way to progress is to get involved in racing. The Race coaching sessions will introduce young sailors to racing and enable them to compete in club racing. They will also provide more advanced coaching to those sailors already taking part in club racing and open meetings. The sessions are run by parents and all parents are expected to help out in some capacity depending on their expertise. The sessions will be run in Teras, Toppers and Fevas and club boats will be available on a first come first served basis. Please contact Vicky Taylor sandtay@ntlworld.com if you have any questions. To book these sessions please go to the junior course bookings page of this website.
