Optimists - Improver sessions

We are introducing a new session on Saturday mornings for Oppies sailors. This is a 3hrs session but with the first 2hrs in their oppies and then the last hour joining in playing on the SUPs with the multi activity session.

A session aimed at those in oppies who are looking to improve their sailing skills and aim towards those early steps into racing. These sessions are not purely race focused though but more about building their confidence and skills around a course and other boats.

This session is predominantly parent lead so be prepared to get involved.

You will be required to have your own optimist and you child must be able to competently sail a triangular course. It is not a complete beginners session.

We want to keep it all fun so after the 2hr session your child is then able to join the other sessions jumping on and off the SUPs and playing around enjoying the water and time with friends.
